Learn Ballroom Dancing
Ballroom dancing or "partner dancing" has many different uses and can be enjoyed from the very beginning. You will be able to move with your partner or instructor with music during your first visit!
Waltz
Waltz is a classic dance in 3/4 time. Its graceful steps and appearance make it a popular choice for wedding dances. Walz is a great ballroom dance for beginners due to its universal appeal and easy learning curve.
Tango
Tango is a passionate and dramatic ballroom dance known for its sharp movements, close embrace, and intense connection between partners. Originating in Argentina, it's a favorite among dancers who enjoy emotional expression. With that said, it is still a fantastic dance to learn for all skill levels!
Quickstep
Quickstep is a fast-paced and energetic dance, well known in the competitive dance world. If you are not looking to become a competitive dancer, Foxtrot can easily be learned for the enjoyment of the dancer and their partner!
Foxtrot
Foxtrot is the ultimate social dance. Whether you're looking to get out to the club or show off at your cousin's wedding, the foxtrot is a dance for all to know. Not only that, it's a perfect dance for dancers to learn at skill level!
Learn Latin Dancing
Latin dancing has enjoyed a long-standing popularity in the States. Trendy and stylish, yet refined and powerful. Learning to dance a Latin dance shows the world you're ready to step out and show off.
Salsa
Salsa is a high-energy, clubbing dance. Borne in Latin America, Salsa is probably the most well-known Latin dance style we teach. Our students can learn salsa and improve at their own pace with our instructors or in a group setting in our classes.
Cha-Cha-Cha (AKA Cha-Cha)
Cha-Cha, the most versatile dance, is characterized by its displaced beats and accents. Students of all ages and skill levels can learn this fun, Cuban dance or improve their footwork with the help of our staff.
Merengue
Merengue is the Latin dance for any newcomer. Its simple styling and upbeat pacing make it a blast for our students, young or old, to learn, but also for our instructors to teach! We welcome you to join us in a group class or private lessons!
Rumba
Rumba is commonly called the "dance of love" due to its slow and romantic pacing and style. Its relaxed, almost dreamy, pace makes it perfect for beginner Latin dancers to learn and for experienced dancers to master.
Bachata
Bachata is an intimate dance from the Dominican Republic and is a trendy dance for American dancers to learn. Its popularity makes it common for couples to learn to dance together and individuals looking for something new!
Learn Swing Dancing
From Coast to Coast, Swing dancing is one of the smoothest and intense styles of dance. At the same time, its steps are simple enough for any skill level of dancer to pick up and add to their repertoire.
East Coast Swing
East Coast Swing dancing is rooted in Lindy Hop and a great place to start your swing dancing. It was created for social dancing and can be dancd to a variety of music types.
West Coast Swing
West Coast Swing dancing is slower than its East Coast counterpart, but is what many traditionally think of when they hear the words "swing dancing." Fun and filled with flair, this "slot" dance was designed for what the American West Coast is best known for: cinema! Energy Level

Social vs Performance
Are you looking for a dance to take with you to a club, reunion, or wedding? Or are you looking to make a name for yourself as a competitive dancer?
While all dances can be done socially or competitively, here are some common trends we've seen...
A well rounded beginner social dancer will learn Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Cha-cha, Rumba and Swing! These are referred to as your "core" dances. We can always branch out and discover what the other dances entail.
Difficulty
Are you looking to overcome your fear of dancing? Or are you burning through your third pair of dancing shoes, looking for a new style of dance to master?
Any of the dance styles can be presented at a beginner level. Some are a little more difficult because of timing or rhythm changes, or even because of the foot placement combinations. Our instructors are experienced in presenting all of the dances in a way for your first steps to be comfortable!
Music Type
Are you looking for a dance that is fitting for the club, a block party, or a concert in the park? Or are you looking to dance to some piano music with an accompanist?
Dances typically danced to busier music include Quickstep, Foxtrot, Bachata, and West Coast Swing!

A "New Dancer assesment" at the cost of $99 for an individual dancer and $149 for a couple who signs up at the same time! This includes a private session, your first group class, and your first dance party! We offer different tiers of private dance lessons. Lessons with our Champion Staff Instructor range from $95 for a single lesson to $855 for a 10-lesson package.
