Learn Ballroom, Latin, and Swing Dancing!

Despite our name, we teach many styles of dance. Join us at our studio in Fredericksburg, VA, to learn traditional ballroom dances, salsa and other Latin dances, East Coast swing, West Coast swing, and so much more!


Learn one-on-one or as a couple from our champion dance instructors, join group classes, and attend social events to show off and learn together!

Intro to Ballroom Dance Package

Single Dancer - $99 | Couple - $149

What's Included

One 45 min Private Dance Lesson

A private dance lesson is the best way to get individualized instruction on your ballroom dancing and the quickest way to grow as a dancer and in a dance partnership. 

Beginner Dance Group Class - 1st class only

Enjoy the first class of one beginner group series on either Wednesday or Thursday evening at 7pm where you learn the basics of one dance.  If you want to continue with the dance, then simply pay for the remaining classes.

One Saturday Night Social Event

A fun way to try a new dance, meet other students and instructors and dance the night away while showing off the ballroom dancing you've learned.

Our Fredericksburg Dance Studio

Ballroom Dance Classes

We offer group series classes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.  No partner required! Begin a dance and grow as you go! See calendar for details.

Dance Socials & Theme Parties

Our studio hosts a themed ballroom dance party about one a month!  Some are catered, some are Pot Luck.  They are lots of fun and begin with a group lesson!  Everyone dresses for the occasion! Check out the calendar to find out what's next!


Join us every Saturday for a group lesson and social dancing from 7pm - 10pm.

Couples Performances

Our couples formation team class is on Friday evenings. Here is a section of their Rumba routine for the Spring Showcase. The group consists of amateurs of various levels, practicing together for shows.  We perform for in-house events as well as local charities and competitions.
